INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS UNDER THE ACTION PLAN FOR HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS – REBUILDING IRELAND
TURNKEY HOUSING UNITS AND LAND WITH DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL
In July 2016 the Government published its Action Plan for Housing and Homelessness – Rebuilding Ireland. The primary goal of this Action Plan was to significantly increase housing supply including actions to increase and expedite the delivery of social housing units, boost private housing and improve the rental market.
Kerry County Council now wishes to identify further suitable projects and proposals which can assist with the delivery of these actions.
PROPOSALS FOR THE SALE OF TURNKEY HOUSING UNITS AND/OR DEVELOPMENT LAND TO KERRY COUNTY COUNCIL
Kerry County Council invites proposals from applicants for the sale of Turnkey housing units and/or development land to the Council.
Proposals are invited from all areas of the County but particularly in the towns of Tralee, Killarney, Killorglin and Dingle.
